We understand that many clients in the surrounding areas choose to stay in the comfort of their own home for as long as is possible.

To this end Peak Care has a dedicated Domiciliary team of staff who go out each day to assist our clients with either care needs or medication, housekeeping, preparing of meals or shopping trips.

Whilst care needs are very important, companionship is always much appreciated. Our staff are carefully trained to assist our on-site and off-site clients in every way possible.

At Peak Care Home Care, we can provide invaluable support and assistance at a time that suits you in the privacy of your home. The emphasis is on dedicated attention and specialized services tailored to support you, addressing the unique needs and preferences you require.

Our carefully selected staff are all fully trained to be legally compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our Carers are experienced professionals that take responsibility for all your care needs in a gentle respectful way. Any unusual change in your condition is reported to senior staff or medical personnel immediately.

Medication is a crucial part of the care package whether our Carers administer the medication or prompt our clients to take it themselves.

Enjoying a balance nutritional meal is most important to all our clients, and our Carers will prepare whatever meal they desire.

Many of our clients live alone and don’t see their families or friends very often. Our Carers take their time to enjoy person centred time with each one of our clients to have a laugh and make them feel valued and appreciated.
