Domiciliary Care

At Grove Park Retirement Village we pride ourselves in the "home from home family feel" environment that we strive for.

The cornerstone of our Innovative Care Programme is the provision of just the right amount of assistance to ensure an independent living lifestyle. Each resident experiences the ageing process in his or her way. We go to great lengths to tailor a programme of wellbeing and independence to meet the needs of each resident.

Should it be required our Carers are on hand to give extra support with day-to-day chores such as bathing, dressing, medication, and management. An Alert Pendant is provided if needed.

Laundry & Daily Housekeeping

We have a dedicated team of Housekeepers who are available to assist our residents whenever needed with morning spot cleans, making the beds, doing the laundry and weekly full cleans of the apartments.

Shopping Trips

Our Activity Co-Ordinator will take Residents out on regular shopping trips to browse around the shops for that special treat.

Our Maintenance Team

Peak Care is proud to have Tim working with us on our Maintenance Team. A loyal, trustworthy and reliable individual always willing to help.

He has extensive qualifications and expertise in the following areas, namely:

IOSH - Trained in Health & Safety
City & Guilds in Maintenance Engineering
Electrical Safety Awareness
A Trained Fire Marshall
Competent in Woodwork

Peak Care is situated in the village of Ashover and can be approached from Matlock or Chesterfield by turning on to the B6036 from the A632 at Kelstedge or approached from the Alfreton direction following the A61 and again turning on to the B6036.
